Hi there! I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Play Therapist. My therapeutic approaches include Trauma-Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. I am passionate about helping children and adolescents learn to be the best versions of themselves by learning the appropriate strategies to cope and overcome the hard to have feelings. I am passionate about helping others heal from past experiences and overcome life's traumas, to help them get past the "stuck". I am currently accepting new clients and have weekday evening availability.
